Information We Collect
When you sign up for the JonesboroEats waitlist, we collect the following information:
- All users: Email address
- Vendors: Full name, phone number (optional), business name, and cuisine type
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not collect browsing data, location data, or device fingerprints on this coming-soon page.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Notify you when JonesboroEats launches
- Set up vendor accounts for registered operators
- Send launch-related communications (no more than 2-3 emails total)
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely via Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the database is restricted to authorized JonesboroEats administrators only.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data at any time
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data entirely from our systems
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database hosting and API (their privacy policy)
- Google Fonts: Web font delivery (no cookies, their privacy FAQ)
Data Retention
We retain your waitlist information until JonesboroEats launches and your account is created, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If you do not create an account within 90 days of launch, we will automatically delete your waitlist data. Vendor applicants who complete their profile setup will have their data governed by our full terms of service, which will be available at launch.
Children's Privacy
JonesboroEats is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to our waitlist, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as JonesboroEats develops. Any significant changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
